1. How often does SILVER'N GRACE release new products?

We constantly design and update our products, launching new products almost every two to three weeks on average, and we also release limited-edition design products from time to time.

2. Will I be charged import duties or commodity taxes by the local customs?

Please note that the price of your purchased goods does not include import duties and taxes. Most goods do not require additional import duties and taxes; however, in certain special circumstances and in some countries where your package may be inspected for security reasons, import duties and taxes may be levied. Import duties and taxes vary from country to country, therefore these costs will be borne by the recipient. You can obtain more information from the relevant authorities in your area.

3. Has sales tax been calculated for my order?

Our products are all shipped from Hong Kong, a free port that does not levy any sales tax. Therefore, our online prices do not include any sales tax. No matter where you receive your order anywhere in the world, you will not need to pay any sales tax.

4. Besides paying by credit card, are there any other ways I can pay?

Credit card payment is the fastest and simplest transaction method. However, in special circumstances, we may accept bank transfers, bank checks, and other payment methods. 5. Why can SILVER'N GRACE offer "free worldwide shipping"?

SILVER'N GRACE products are all shipped via Hong Kong Post, which provides a very affordable and reliable delivery service. Furthermore, our products are generally relatively lightweight, so we don't need to artificially inflate the retail price; the shipping cost is already included, truly achieving "free worldwide shipping."

6. Where are SILVER'N GRACE products designed and manufactured?

Our designs are primarily handled by our Hong Kong designers. In addition, we occasionally collaborate with design schools in China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong (in stroke order) to allow their students to participate in design work for SILVER'N GRACE through competitions.

Regarding the production location, depending on the product model and production process, our suppliers are currently mainly located in Asia, including China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, South Korea and Thailand (in order of stroke count).
